• Vintage Jeeper is proud to offer high quality and reliable products that we intend to perform exceptionally. If however there is an issue there that  is unexpected please contact us at info@vintagejeeper.com . We are always here to work through the issue and/or offer technical support.   We take pride in the products and services we provide, Vintage Jeeper will not claim responsibility (either website orders or quoted/invoiced service for the following but is not limited to:  

• Inadequate mounting or installation, water damage, alteration, modification, misuse or failure to maintain.
• Damage in any part caused by: (1) vehicle systems or components or (2) use in conjunction with improper products.
• Normal wear and tear/product deterioration (brake shoes for example).
• Improper or lack of lubrication (such as low oil).
• Accidents, impact, trees, obstacles or other aspects of the use environment.
• Excessive torque while tightening or unnecessary impact use.
• Theft, vandalism or any other negligent or intentional damage.  
• Tampering of any component that was previously set and or adjusted.

 We are NOT responsible for any loss of use or time, rental costs, or for any incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages (whether arising in tort or contract) you may have or incur in connection with your vehicle, or product purchased.  All installation of parts or components are to be installed by a professional that which having a credential to problem the work to the factory specification. 

Some if not most of the products we offer have a warranty through the manufacturer. Return of a product is of the discretion of the seller. Fuel and electronic related products are unable to be returned. Services that are made to order, Ie carburetor conversion kits, transmission kits, specially machined parts etc., do not qualify for a refund or return, however we will work on rectifying the issue. If a wrong item is ordered, in most cases it can be returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on the nature of the item(s) ordered.  The refund is issued when the product is returned and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days. If an item has a defect and needs to be returned, please email a detailed description of the defect and pictures or videos. This helps us inform the manufacturer and to make changes. A RMA number shall be issued along with detailed instructions on the process. 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Vintage Jeeper shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Vintage Jeeper shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Vintage Jeeper will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship in 3-5 days, provided the product ordered is in stock. However some items or services are custom made to order or require more time. For items requiring more than 3-5 days an estimate lead time will be provided. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate.  All shipping is F.O.B from there point of shipping location and includes handling charges to adequately package and item. Vintage Jeeper LLC is not liable for any damages that may happen while in transit of any product or services performed.  

Wholesaler redistribution:

Products supplied by Vintage Jeeper LLC  to wholesalers in both raw product form or intellectual property such as instructions and/or directions are the sole ownership  property of Vintage Jeeper LLC. Tampering with packaging and or white labeling must receive written consent from Vintage Jeeper LLC. Any product or instruction sheet with the Vintage Jeeper logo must retain the logo. Vintage Jeeper LLC reserves the right to cancel or discontinue future orders should the above not be follow our guidelines. We reserve the right to modify and change our guidelines without notification or consent. Should a wholesaler or resaler be directed to discontinue the redistribution of our products , all contents listed on their website or other publications must be removed within 24hrs.  By accepting an invoice via payment you accept the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
